Please do. We welcome input from yourselves so please ask away and our photographers will do their utmost to accommodate your requests.
We do have some props available here however for that truly unique session it is best if you bring things that represent your personalities. For example, any instruments that people play or sports that they are into. Children’s favourite toys also make excellent props and memories for the future. Our photographers will be happy to guide you in what to bring.
Yes of course. After any included images you can purchase extra images at £5 each. Discounts are available for large orders, please ask.
We can accommodate printing of the photos. Please let us know if this is something that you would like doing

Yes your images will be on CD for you to use at your leisure.
Yes since all images are hand edited we can alter them to how you would like them.
Portraits – We believe that you shouldn’t pay for something until you know that your happy with it, therefore our photography session are free. Once you see your photos online and want to place an order you will need to pay for the photos. Once payment is received, we will process the order and get the images to you within 2 weeks.
Weddings – A 50% deposit needs to be paid when booking a wedding. The rest of the amount needs to be paid on final receipt of images..
No we do not, but do take credit cards.
Yes we accept credit cards.
Our images are hand finished to the highest specification. If there are any effects you would like please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
We hand edit the images chosen from the session so we can add special effects to the photos. If you like an effect that isn’t on a picture you can request it at no extra charge.
Yes we have multiple backgrounds we can use in the studio.
Yes the studio is equipped to hold family photo sessions, up to 6 people. For larger family shots our location sessions, either in your own home or outside, are perfect for getting your own personalities through. Please see our gallery for examples.
Outside location shoots are one of our specialities. They offer some wonderful pictures that really express your personalities and expressions.
Yes, Photo restoration work is certainly something we can help you with. Again all restorations need to be personalised quotes based on how much work needs to be done and the time frame you need it in. Please don’t hesitate getting in contact for a no obligation quote.
No, we do not stock frames.

Please call us to cancel a booking. Please make sure this is done within 24 hours of your session so we can offer the studio time to someone else.
The photos will be available as proofs on your session of our website and then the final finished versions will be in ISO format.
For portrait sessions, the images will go online within 1-3 working days. Once you have chosen which images you like we aim to finish the images for you within two weeks. For weddings we aim to get the images to you within a month of your wedding.
Portrait sessions take 30 minutes to an hour each depending on the session needs and requirements.
There is no set amount of photos that will be taken. The sessions will last 30 minutes to an hour, and we will do our best to shoot as many different photos as we can in that timing..
No images are included in the session, however we do have packages available on the photos once you have seen and are happy with them.
We will only ever use photos with a signed permission form from you.
If you are in a rush for the photos please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you. However we cannot put any guarantees in place due to the nature of our business and family life.
The studio is based for children and babies – However, please be aware that your children are your responsibility in the studio and are under your care and supervision.
You are welcome to breast/bottle feed baby anywhere we shoot. Baby’s needs always come first.
There is room in the studio for changing baby’s nappies and clothes.
Unfortunately at present the studio is based on the 2nd floor with no lift facilities. However we are happy to arrange a location shot somewhere more suitable for your needs.

We do shoots at times and dates to suit you and your family. Our phone lines are open from 10am to 4pm.
The studio is based in Redhouse Park, Milton Keynes. However, we can do shots and weddings in all areas of Milton Keynes and Northampton.
We have street parking available outside the house.
Lucky Stars owns the copyright to all the photos, but we will never use these for marketing or other distribution purposes, unless permission has been obtained from the client.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the client is granted print rights for non-commercial use only.
